BRASS TAIL TO PEX-AI-PEX COMPRESSION

To join Pex-Al-Pex pipe to push fit system or copper compression fittings with a copper olive.

STEP 1

Bevel the end of the Pex-Al-Pex pipe with reamer

STEP 2

Slide olive and nut on over the Pex-Al-Pex pipe.

STEP 3

Slide brass tail into push fit fitting and tighten the compression end with a suitable spanner.

BRASS TAIL TO PEX-AI-PEX CRIMP

For joining either Pex-Al-Pex Crimp  to push fit system or  compression fittings with a copper olive.

STEP 1

 Bevel the end of the Pex-Al-Pex pipe with the reamer supplied

STEP 2

Push brass tail into push fit fitting and tighten.

STEP 3

Slide the Pex-Al-Pex pipe into the metal sleeve of the fitting and crimp accordingly.

MTA ADAPTOR

For joining Pex-Al-Pex pipe on to any fitting with an existing compression nut and olive (e.g. radiator valves).

STEP 1

Use pipe reaming tool to bevel the end of the Pex-Al-Pex pipe.

STEP 2

Remove nut and olive from existing fitting and place MTA olive and nut on over the Pex-Al-Pex pipe.

STEP 3

Slide together and tighten accordingly with suitable wrench.

PEX-AL-PEX COMPRESSION TO COPPER COMPRESSION

For joining Pex-Al-Pex on to standard copper pipe.

STEP 1

Bevel the end of the Pex-Al-Pex pipe using the reamer supplied

STEP 2

Place both nuts and olives over the Pex-Al-Pex and copper pipes.

STEP 3

Push together and tighten with suitable spanners.

PEX-AL-PEX CRIMP TO COPPER COMPRESSION

To join Pex-Al-Pex crimp on to standard copper pipe.

STEP 1

Bevel the end of the Pex-Al-Pex pipe with the reamer supplied

STEP 2

Place the olive and nut over the copper pipe.

STEP 3

Crimp the Pex-Al-Pex side and tighten the nut with a suitable spanner.
