Its construction from layers of welded aluminium and toughened Pert plastic makes it heat-resistant and split-resistant: it can withstand a broad range of temperatures and pressure of up to 10 bar. However, its layer construction also means that it’s flexible and easy to cut, making it easy to bend it into shape and cut it to the correct length. It’s corrosion free, too, with an aluminium core that prevents the ingress of oxygen.
