NovaTherm 16mm Blue Pre-Insulated PEX-AL-PEX MLCP Pipe x 100m

The NovaTherm 16mm blue pre-insulated multilayer composite pipe is supplied in a 100m coil for efficient, professional heating and plumbing installations. Its PEX-AL-PEX construction combines a multilayer pipe with a factory-applied insulation layer to help limit unwanted heat loss along distribution runs.

Why choose this insulated pipe?
• Factory-applied insulation helps reduce heat loss from distribution pipework.
• Multilayer composite construction combines the practical benefits of polymer and aluminium layers.
• Supplied on a coil for easier planning and routing of installations.
• Coloured insulation helps identify different pipe runs.
• Suitable for professional installations where the selected pipe size meets the system design.

Where it is used
This 16mm insulated pipe is a practical choice for compact heating and plumbing connections where a 16mm pipe is specified. The blue outer insulation helps installers distinguish pipe runs on site; confirm your project’s colour convention before installation.

Installation advantages
With insulation already fitted, the pipe can simplify material planning and reduce the need to insulate the same length of pipe separately. Its composite structure is designed for the controlled routing of heated-water services, while the insulation supports efficient heat distribution between the heat source, manifolds and connected circuits.
