The NovaPro 60m² Dual Purpose Overlay Wet Underfloor Heating Kit is designed for a larger kitchen, lounge or ground-floor refurbishment. Its 20mm low-profile panels provide a route to installing a water-based underfloor heating system over a suitably prepared existing floor, without the depth of a conventional screeded installation. This kit is a practical choice for a multi-room retrofit project with limited floor build-up.

Planning your installation
Check the net heated area, subfloor preparation, insulation, heating design and maximum pipe circuit lengths before ordering. The 20mm measurement refers to the overlay panel only; adhesives, levelling layers and your final floor covering can increase the finished floor height. Thermostats, wiring centres and other installation accessories may need to be selected separately.
