NovaTherm 4 Port Stainless Steel Underfloor Heating Manifold
Features and benefits
Adjustable 0–5 litres/minute flow meters allow each heating circuit to be balanced to the system design. The integrated 10-bar pressure gauge provides a clear pressure reading, while the automatic air vent and filling/draining valves help with filling, flushing and servicing. Supplied mounting brackets support wall installation.
Connections and controls
This 4-port assembly measures 280mm in length, with 50mm port-centre spacing and 210mm between the flow and return bars. The unit has 1-inch threaded inlets. NovaTherm recommends correctly matched manifold connectors for pipe sizes up to 20mm. Return circuit valves can be adjusted manually or fitted with compatible actuators for automatic zoning.
What is included?
The manufacturer's datasheet describes the pre-assembled manifold, 0–5 L/min flow meters, 10-bar pressure gauge, automatic air vent, integral fill/drain valves, manual adjustment caps and mounting brackets. Pipe connector cores, external isolation valves, actuators, thermostats and wiring controls are sold separately.
Choosing the correct size
A 4-port manifold serves 4 heating circuits—not necessarily 4 rooms. A single room may require more than one circuit. Select the manifold using the heating design, pipe lengths, required flow rates and zoning requirements.
