| The 25mm Equal Tee NovaTherm Crimp Fitting is a NovaTherm multilayer composite pipe (MLCP) press fitting designed to create a three-way branch between equal-diameter multilayer pipes. With connections specified as 25mm, it offers a practical, flame-free alternative to soldered joints for suitably matched plumbing and heating pipework. Do not assume interchangeability between PERT-AL-PERT and PEX-AL-PEX solely from the outside diameter. Confirm any threaded connection standard and pipe/fitting combination before ordering. Installation guidance Square-cut the pipe at 90°, bevel the cut end and remove burrs. Insert the pipe fully and check it is visible in the fitting viewing windows. Press with the correctly sized U-profile jaw and compatible press tool, then pressure-test in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Protect fittings from corrosive screeds, mortars and plasters in concealed installations.
